Online reservations have now opened for our Spring and Summer menus until the end of February. After putting a lot of hard work into the garden during the cooler months, we are hoping for some spectacular produce from the farm to cook with this summer.

As the soil temperature starts to rise we are beginning to see some gorgeous asparagus spears, pea flowers and the first sign of broad beans for spring.

Our orchard fruit trees are covered with blossoms and blanketed with organic mulch. A bountiful preserving season in hopefully on the way.
