
Autumn 2026
A bounty of preserved summer fruits, a colourful array of wild apples, pears, medlar and quince, fresh rain on parched soil bringing tender garden greens, wild mushrooms and native pepper-berries from the forests, cool ocean waters with sweet shellfish, umami rich seaweed and schools of fatty bluefin tuna, the richness of past season’s charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses.
